Set yourself a goal
Look ahead to where you want to be. Whether it’s a goal for 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years set yourself a realistic target – maybe sign up for a 5/10k run and have something to work towards.
Take a hike
Walking is a great way to revitalise your body and mind. Look for scenic walking routes in your local area and round up your pals to join you for a walk. Start small and take a 15-minute walk each day and then a 30-minute walk the week after. Make walking part of your everyday routine.
Re-think your food choices
Thanks to the world of social media, eating healthy has never been easier! Eating is part and parcel when wanting to get fit so look at what you put into your body to help you change it!
